The term “green building” covers a wide range of issues, concepts, perceptions and technologies. RBGB leadership has been involved in this field exclusively since 2001 and has developed a deep and broad understanding of the topic. RBGB promotes, encourages, and facilitates IPD as a sensible approach under all types of project team scenarios.

RBGB has been involved in over 80 LEED projects and has had direct project administrative control and performed energy models for LEED Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum buildings. We are fully experienced with the intricacies of LEED credit requirements, documentation protocols, and the LEED submittal and review process. We provide all the administrative oversight necessary and stay focused on the project until the plaque is delivered. We take care of the details.
