Jeff Ross-Bain, P.E., LEED Fellow, WELL AP, President of RBGB, is presenting an educational session on Advanced High-Performance Building Design at the 2023 ASHRAE Winter Conference. He will be speaking on Saturday, February 4 from 8 AM–11 AM. The conference is being held February 4-8 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Advanced High-Performance Building Design: Key Concepts for Lifelong Building Sustainability
Jeff’s session will illustrate how a collaborative creative process is essential to delivering a successful high-performance building. His course also explains the critical importance to design professionals in staying up to date with constantly changing developments in the industry. This session uses case studies and real-world examples to introduce some of the latest ideas and most innovative resources in high-performance building design.

Jeff Ross-Bain is the founder and President of Ross-Bain Green Building, LLC. He has worked exclusively in the field of green building since 2001. Jeff has held direct project administration roles on over 85 LEED registered or certified projects.
Jeff has been a member of ASHRAE since 1996. He is an ASHRAE certified Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP) and Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP).
He is very active in the advancement of his industry and currently serves as a non-voting member of ASHRAE Standard 228p committee (Standard Method of Evaluating Zero Energy Building Performance) and sits on the AIA South Carolina Committee for Building Resilience. Jeff previously served two terms as a Voting Member and Working Group Chair on the Committee for ASHRAE Standard 189.1 (Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings).
