Currently under construction (completion date 2nd quarter 2020), this extensive project is registered as a LEED version 4 “Group” project and consists of five main buildings, support structures, and an extensive site. The project Owner is dedicated ti sustainable design and construction and will be installing a 1MW solar power system on the site. Infrastructure is also in place for a future rainharvest system to provide for toilet flushing and car washing. RBGB is providing all LEED Administration services, Energy Simulation, and Commissioning services.
